I believe our best contributions happen when we bring our full, authentic selves to work, and that learning and expanding our emotional intelligence should be continuous throughout our life.

In my personal life, I’ve moved a bunch (currently in Los Angeles: have lived twice in Europe), and in my professional life, I’ve always been part of fast-growing businesses and newly-formed teams requiring a heavy degree of self-direction.
In other words: I know what it is like to be the new kid and how to thrive in grey spaces.

I’ve carried this into my leadership style: a curiosity for what’s next, rooted in empathy. I am excited to build teams and process that are stronger from where they started, are encouraged to explore, and strive to be better tomorrow.
